Enacts the Shire of Gingin Fencing Local Law 2025, repealing the 2016 version.

Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Gingin resolved on 17 June 2025 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Gingin Fencing Local Law 2025. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Gingin Fencing Local Law published in the Government Gazette on 2 December 2016 is repealed. This local law applies throughout the district.
