Notice to owners/occupiers of land within the Shire of Augusta Margaret River to carry out fire prevention work as per Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, on or before 30 November 2021, and maintain requirements up to and including 12 May 2022. Inspections by appointment available until 1 November 2021. Non-compliance may result in a $250 infringement or prosecution with a penalty up to $5,000. Variations to the notice are possible.
