City of Belmont Standing Orders Local Law 2017 made under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. The purpose of these Standing Orders is to provide the rules for the conduct of meetings of the Council, the trustee, committees and electors. These Standing Orders come into operation on the 14th day after the date of their publication in the Government Gazette.
