This notice, which is for public information only, is to confirm that— i, michael connolly, being delegated by the minister of the crown to whom the administration of the local government act 1995 is committed by the governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28 (1) of that act, hereby, and with effect from 18 december 2017, determined that the method of valuation to be used by the shire of ashburton, as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to the schedule is to be the gross rental value of the land— schedule a designated land uv to grv all that portion of land being lot 186 as shown on deposited plan 219155.
