Authorises specified parts of public hospitals for the reception of persons under the Mental Health Act 2014 and revokes the 2017 order.

Made under the Mental Health Act 2014 section 542 by the Governor in Executive Council. This order is the Mental Health (Authorisation of Public Hospitals) Order 2022. The parts of public hospitals specified in Schedule 1 are authorised for the reception of persons under the Act; and the admission of involuntary patients. The Mental Health (Authorisation of Public Hospitals) Order 2017 is revoked.
