Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above named deceased, who died on the 24 january 2025 are required by the executor laurence stuart holyoak to send particulars of their claims to laurence holyoak of unit 7, 9 harper street, burswood, western australia 6100 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
