Constance v greenwood late of 6 jasmine close, edgewater, wa, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s.63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 16 june 2023 are required by the executor to send particulars of their claim to 1/b wandina place, duncraig w.a. 6023 within one month of the date of publication of this notice. After this date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which notice has been given.
