Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 5 june 2021, are required by the executor of the estate, brian stewart middleton, to send particulars of their claims to him care of wallis legal, po box 90, margaret river, western australia 6285, by monday the 18th of november 2025, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
