In the matter of the estate of Katherine Michelle (also known as Micky) Schiwy, late of 40 Waterhall Road, South Guildford, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 16 June 2017, are required by the executors Natalie Sue Woolley and Kathleen Louise Woolley to send the particulars of their claim(s) to Natalie Sue Woolley of 40 Waterhall Road, South Guildford WA 6055 within 31 days of this notice. After such date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice.
