Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Elaine Mary Cousins, late of 3 Bohemia Place, Noranda, Western Australia, Receptionist/Housewife, deceased, who died 12 May 2026, are required by the applicant for grant of representation, c/- CS Legal, Level 20, 77 St George’s Terrace, Perth WA 6000 to send particulars of their claims to the applicant within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.
