Hon simone mcgurk mla, minister for water, has revoked the previous exemption for bennett range pty ltd (dated 20 march 2014) and granted an exemption from section 5(1) of the act to the owners of survey-strata plan no. 72562 t/a karri mia bungalows. The service being granted the exemption is a water supply service provided within the karri mia tourist zone, denmark.
