Magistrates Court Rules Amendment Rules (No. 2) 2021 made in accordance with the Magistrates Court Act 2004 section 39. Part 1 deals with preliminary matters including citation and commencement. Part 2 amends the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings) Rules 2005. Part 3 amends the Magistrates Court (General) Rules 2005.
