In the estate of leslie william forsdyke late of 20 roebuck drive, salter point, western australia, who died on 30/08/2024. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate, being robert doak of unit 5/83 shirley road, wollstonecraft, nsw 2065, to send particulars of their claims to him by 1 march 2025, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
