Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 august 2020, are required by the executor and trustee of her estate, john marquis edwards, to send particulars of their claims to him of c/- cockle solicitors, po box 32, north fremantle wa 6159 within thirty-one (31) days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
