Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property or estate of the deceased, Mervyn John Waugh who died on 22nd day of December 2023 are required by the Executor, Erin Linzie Smith of 4/234 Naturaliste Terrace Dunsborough Western Australia, to send particulars to the Naturaliste Legal Pty Ltd of PO Box 867 Dunsborough Western Australia 6281 by the 30th day of April 2024, after which date the Executor may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
