The Minister for Planning approved the City of Busselton Local Planning Scheme amendment on 26 July 2017. The amendment modifies Table 1 “Zoning Table” by amending use class titles, deleting ‘Roadside Stall’, inserting use classes, and modifying permissibilities in various zones. It also modifies clause 4.5 “Exceptions to the zoning table” and amends clause 5.14 “Residential Enterprise” to read as “5.14 Home Business”.
