Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 10 october 2016 at tuia lodge, allnutt street, donnybrook in the state of western australia, are required by the trustee domenico surace, c/- avon legal, suite 3, 3 victoria street, bunbury in the state of western australia to send particulars of their claims to him within 30 days of date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
