Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased are required by the executor of the estate, Keith Hughes, to send particulars of their claims to him at [contact details redacted] 2550 within one month of the publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
