Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice TR405 as published in the Government Gazette on 12 February 1999 and restrict the speed of all motorized vessels to eight (8) knots within the following area: all waters within 200 meters of the foreshore between Black Point and thence in a southerly direction to Hansen Head, excluding the closed waters motorised vessels areas within.
