In the matter of the estate of Owen Charles Cook late of 129 Innamincka Road, Greenmount, Western Australia, Primary School Principal (retired), deceased 5 October 2021. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 5 October 2021 are required by the executor Carolyn Jane Cook to send particulars of their claim to her at 1 Brumby Mews Newman, Western Australia 6753, by (1) month from the publication date of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
