Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 23 november 2025 are required by the executor of the deceased, yvette symons, of [contact details redacted], to send particulars of their claims to her within one month of the date of the publication hereof after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
