Stephen Noel Dawson, Minister administering the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1998, determines matters for the 2023-24 levy year pursuant to section 36H(3) of the Act. Mining Tenement types shall be levied a fixed charge of $98. Land in ESL category 1, 2, 3 or 4 without a Gross Rental Valuation will be charged the minimum annual levy. Pad Mount Transformers/Sites owned by Electricity Networks/Generation and Retail Corporation in ESL category 1, 2, 3 or 4 will be based on Gross Rental Value. Land owned by Water Corporation with GRV less than $2,000 in ESL category 1, 2, 3 or 4 will be based on Gross Rental Value.
