Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 21/6/2022, are required by the executor Valerie Anne Ford to send the particulars of their claims to Valerie Anne Ford of 70 Harold Street Dianella Western Australia 6059 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
