Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 march 2020, are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate to send particulars of their claims to ben jones, [contact details redacted], within one month after the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
