Under the powers conferred by the Cat Act 2011, the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of Shire of Waroona resolved on 19 December 2023 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Waroona Cat Amendment Local Law 2023. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The Principal Local Law is amended as follows— (a) Delete clause 4.4(f). (b) Delete clause 2.2. (c) Delete Part 3. (d) Delete Schedule 3.
