Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the Estate of the deceased, who died on 10 September 2018, are required by the Executor, being Rodney Robert Rutherford, to send particulars of their claims to Earnshaw Lawyers, [contact details redacted] of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
