Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24 june 2019, are required by the administrator chantell kim morgan, to send the particulars of their claims care of gregson & associates, po box z5017, st georges terrace, perth wa 6831 on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
