Amends the Mental Health (Authorisation of Public Hospitals) Order 2022 to authorise specific areas within Geraldton Hospital for mental health services.

Appoints Dr Michaela Debra Wharfe as Executive Officer and Ms Stephanie Jane Cooper as Deputy to the Executive Officer for the Western Australian Reproductive Technology Council, with terms commencing on 16 December 2024.

Appoints Mr Hamish William Milne as Chairperson and Associate Professor Stella Tarrant and Ms Petrina Burnett as Members to the Western Australian Reproductive Technology Council.

Reappoints Dr Tamara Jane Hunter and Dr Sebastian James Leathersich, and appoints Dr Demelza Jane Ireland as Members to the Western Australian Reproductive Technology Council for a three-year term.
