Brendan Maurice Kavanagh, late of 42/16 Legend Crescent, Greenfields, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 27th day of April 2022, are required by the Executor, Siobhan Kathleen Bye of 46 Fowey Loop, Mindarie, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims within one month of the date of publication of this notice to her, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which she then has notice.
