Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24 july 2025, are required by the executors, christopher james dorian, sara jane gaspar and kerry-ann margret emery, of care of douglas lawyers, 510a hay street, subiaco, western australia to send particulars of their claims to douglas lawyers within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
