Made under the criminal law amendment (intimate images) act 2019 section 2(b) by the lieutenant-governor and administrator in executive council. This proclamation is the criminal law amendment (intimate images) act 2019 commencement proclamation 2019. The criminal law amendment (intimate images) act 2019, other than part 1, comes into operation on 15 april 2019.
