Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 27 july 2025, are required by the executors, richard john sherwood, byan martin gardiner and jaqueline peta thompson of and care of 26 megalong street, nedlands, western australia to send particulars of their claims to them by the 15th day of december 2025, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
