Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 october 2024, are required by the executors of the estate, michael john duguid and susan joan meijer care of bennett, level 14, [contact details redacted] to send particulars of their claims to the executors within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
