I, kristian hartley dawson, executive director, resource tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the mining act 1978, hereby cancels the exemption of land described hereunder and originally declared on 27 october 1991 and published in the government gazette dated 1 november 1991. the subject land is now subject to divisions 1 to 5 of part iv of the mining act 1978.
