Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates) in respect of the estate of the late Peter John Heppell who died on 2 april 2023 late of phuket thailand are required by the executor lisa illingworth to send particulars of their claims with supporting documentary evidence to her at po box 1241, gwelup wa 6018 within 30 days of the date of this publication after which date she may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
