This order designates the Honourable Benjamin Sana Wyatt MLA as the Minister of the State for the purposes of section 154(3) and 154(4) of the Supreme Court Act 1935, allowing him to exercise powers of the Attorney General in respect of the Family Court of Western Australia. It also delegates powers, functions, or duties to him under section 154(5). The order expires when the Honourable John Robert Quigley MLA ceases to hold the office of Attorney General.
