In accordance with section 4B(2) of the Betting Control Act 1954, on 22 August 2023 the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia (‘the Commission’) approved, for the purposes of fixed odds betting operations, events and contingencies within and outside Australia and, in accordance with section 4B(3) of the Betting Control Act 1954, the conditions in relation to the conduct of betting on those approved events and approved contingencies (‘commission’s approval’).
