Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18th September 2022, are required to send particulars of their claims to Robert Papalia, Executor, c/- UHY Haines Norton PRT, [contact details redacted] of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executor then have notice.
