Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 03/11/2021, are required by the Executor Willem Furstenberg of Po Box 3060, Joondalup, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to him by 1 july 2022 by registered mail after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
