Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 may 2025, are required by the applicant for probate, christine topalis, to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days of this notice to care of d’angelo legal, po box 1953, west perth, western australia 6872, after which date the applicants may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
