In the matter of the estate of robyn frances charlesworth, late of banksia grove in the state of western australia, office administrator, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15 december 2019, are required by the executor mark ashley charlesworth, to send the particulars of their claim to mark charlesworth, [contact details redacted] 6210, in the state of western australia, by 26 july 2020, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
