The following instruments are published under the Fair Trading Act 2010 Section 21(2). I, Stephen Jones, Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services, make the following instrument. This instrument is the Consumer Goods (Infant Sleep Products) Amendment Safety Standard 2025. This instrument is made under subsection 104(1) of the Australian Consumer Law.
