I, Jared Andrew Barnett, Executive Director Resource Tenure Division of the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration, under delegation from the Minister for Mines, Petroleum and Exploration, pursuant to section 28(1a) of the Petroleum, Geothermal Energy and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 1967, hereby declare that the below graticular blocks shall not be the subject of a geothermal energy exploration permit, geothermal energy drilling reservation, geothermal energy retention lease, geothermal energy production licence, geothermal energy special prospecting authority or geothermal energy access authority.
