Notice to creditors and claimants. Harold Joseph Fee, late of Aegis Shoalwater, 72 fourth avenue, shoalwater wa 6169, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 april 2016, are required by the executor to send particulars of their claims within 1 month from the date of publication of this notice to kimi shah care of ryan & durey solicitors, 2/8 colin street, west perth wa 6005. The executor may then convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims brought before 9 june 2017.
