Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 12 july 2023 are required by the executor janet alison sedgwick of unit 3, 18 john street, north fremantle, western australia to send particulars of their claims to her by 23 october 2023, after which the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
