Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died between 14-18 may 2020, are required by the applicant for grant of representation c/- cs legal of level 6, [contact details redacted] 6000 to send particulars of their claims to cs legal within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the applicant for grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
