Approvals in accordance with section 11(1)(ef) of the Co-operatives Act 2009 (WA) for the purposes of Part 5.4 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth) as applied to co-operatives in Western Australia. Approves statutory minimum of $20,000, statutory period of 6 months, and Form 509H. Approvals 1(a) and 1(c) apply to statutory demands served on co-operatives in Western Australia on or after the date of publication. Approval 1(b) applies to statutory demands served on co-operatives in Western Australia on or after 25 March 2020. Approvals 1(a) and 1(b) expire on 31 December 2020.
