Notice to creditors and claimants of John Kesterson Carter late of Busselton Lazy Days Caravan Park, 452 Bussell Highway, Broadwater, Western Australia, retired technical officer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 19 September 2022 are required by the trustee Australian Executor Trustees Limited ACN 007 869 794 of GPO Box 546, Adelaide SA 5000 to send particulars of their claim to them by 22 April 2025 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
