This proclamation is the Queen’s Birthday Holiday 2017 (Marble Bar) Proclamation 2017. Instead of Monday 25 September 2017, Monday 3 July 2017 is to be the Celebration Day for the Anniversary of the Birthday of the Reigning Sovereign in 2017 in that part of the East Pilbara local government district that is in, or within 150 km of, the townsite of Marble Bar (constituted under the Land Administration Act 1997 section 26(2), including the townsite of Nullagine (as constituted under that provision)); but not within 150 km of the townsite of Newman (as constituted under that provision).

Accepts resignations of Ministers and Members of the Executive Council, designates 17 principal executive offices, and appoints new Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries, effective from August 3, 2026.
