Exempts Surf Life Saving Western Australia vessels from certain speed and equipment provisions under the Western Australian Marine Act 1982 and Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, subject to conditions including adherence to the SLSWA's Activity Safety Plan and lifejacket requirements. Revokes previous instrument WAMA—2024-207234.
